Laurel Self Storage is a self storage facility that offers quality storage units and lockers near downtown Laurel on Route 1. As of September, 2016, we are open to the public! We offer traditional units, climate controlled units, and even loading dock accessible units. Traditional storage units are like having an extra garage in your home. Our storage units are walled in and lit. The facility is under digital video surveillance, installed by DVCI Security Systems, so we can keep a close eye on the premises. After hours, COPS Monitoring monitors the property and calls management and the police if there is suspicious activity. All storage units are indoors, creating an additional layer of separation between your unit and the outside elements. We provide each tenant with his/her own individual code for use with our controlled keypad access system. Janus International, one of the biggest names in storage unit manufacturing, manufactured and installed the storage units.
Convenient
We are conveniently located on Route 1 (Washington Blvd N) near downtown Laurel in Maryland. Tenants may enter securely between 6am- 8pm Monday-Saturday and 6am-6pm Sundays. Tenants can enter the building through either large roll-up doors or 4′ wide swing doors. Also, all units are indoors, have wide roll-up doors, and are 8′ tall to allow for ample stacking. We provide hand trucks that will help you cart your items into your unit. We also sell a whole host of U-Haul boxes and moving supplies, so you can have everything you need to move in.
Payment
Paying your bill is easy! We accept all major credit cards, as well as personal or business checks. Additionally, you can use our automatic payment program to eliminate the need to worry about missing your due date. We can take automatic payments by both credit card and checking account. Please note, we do not accept cash.
Online Account Access
Our eMove e-commerce software gives you the convenience of accessing your account online, so you can pay your storage unit’s rent from the comfort of your own home. New customers can reserve a storage unit online, and existing tenants can view account history and payment history through our secure connection with only a few mouse clicks.
